The Dhyana Pura is a good choice if you want to be in this area without spending too much money. The hotel was built in 1976 and is certaintly looking a little worse for wear. However, the rooms are still good value and are spacious and confortable.

There are a variety of rooms to choose from. The rooms are Balinese style with air conditioning, cable television and Western toilets.

The swimming pool is medium sized but sits in a lovely shady garden. The sunsets are spectacular and the beach is a hop away.

The 2 hotel restaurants compete for your business. The problem is that guests are too spoilt for choice when staying in Seminyak.

More importantly, it is close enough to the discos to stagger home.
